After a jam-packed week in Switzerland, I was grateful to take it easy today, channeling my inner Belle and putting my nose in my book for most of the day. Say goodbye to Switzerland with me and its amazing landscape. Tomorrow, we say hello again to Spain.

Today, I take you even higher in the Jungfrau region of Switzerland. Join me on a thrill walk at the top of the world, hike there and back again with panorama views, stave off disappointment, and use whatever energy I have left to make connections.

If adrenaline is a drug, I’m addicted. From peacefully blogging to hopping on the back of a motorbike to flying with the birds, today was an adventure I’ll never forget…for better or for worse.

My last day in Madrid — today, I take you through the Royal Palace of Madrid, seeking connection and tokens, and making sure to stop and smell the roses along the way.

Today is all about art. Art through intention and patience via nature’s masterful design, an artist’s meticulous attention to detail, and the powerful movement of dance (Spanish style). Join me as I fall in love with Velázquez, Flamenco, and cypress trees, and discover all the beauty that is Madrid.

It’s hard to believe it’s been ten years since my sister and I were in Europe for the first time. A lot can happen in a decade! I am not quite the same girl who stepped foot in Amsterdam all those years ago.
